Day-01: Sunday-Delhi, boarding at Safdarjung Railway Station
Arrive at Delhi airport. After refreshment, explore the major attractions of Old Delhi and New Delhi. Delhi has been a major tourist destination of India having so many royal monuments, temples, bazaars and museums. This capital city serves as a gateway to several tourist destination of India.
At the scheduled time board the train at Safdarjung Railway Station. Our representative will transfer you and assist you on boarding. After introduction and welcome drink the train would leave for Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Have dinner on board. Enjoy the journey on wheels.
Day 2: Monday-Jodhpur
Royal Rajasthan on Wheels reaches Jodhpur in the early morning. After having breakfast, get ready for Jodhpur sightseeing tour. This is the second largest city of Rajasthan known as Sun City. Jodhpur offers vistas of desert landscapes locating on the edge of the Thar Desert. It was once the princely state of Marwar Rajputs. The major attractions are Mehrangarh Fort, the royal cenotaph and the gardens and polo grounds.
You would be happy to have Lunch at the luxury heritage hotel Umaid Bhawan Hotel/Palace. After having lunch, return back to the train. Royal Rajasthan leaves for Udaipur.
Arriva l: 06.00 AM, Departure : 04.00 PM
Day 3: Tuesday-Udaipur-Chittorgarh
On the third day of Royal Rajasthan Tour, the Train reaches the lake city of Rajasthan, Udaipur in the early morning. Have breakfast on board. ![]()
Udaipur is called the most romantic city in India flanked by beautiful lakes. Once the princely state of the Mewar Rajputs, Udaipur houses the royal kingdoms of the Mewar Rajputs.
Breakfast at Sikarbari. A luxury coach will take you for sightseeing in the Udaipur city. You will visit the Sahelion Ki Bari, City palace and Crystal Gallery. Lunch at Fateh Prakash. Then boat ride on the Lake Pichola. Enjoy the romantic boat ride having a view of the majestic palaces located on the bank of the Lake.
Return to the train. It will leave for Chittorgarh.
Arrival at Chittorgarh
At 4 pm Royal Rajasthan leaves for Chittorgarh city which houses the largest fort of India. The group will be taken for sightseeing of the Chittorgarh Fort, the largest fort in India perched on a hill of 180 meter. It was once the capital of Mewar Rajput rulers. This fort witnessed invasion three times in between 15th and 16th centuries.
You will also see the Light and Sound Show at the Fort. Return to the train. Then you will go for a dinner to the Hotel Panna. Cultural programmes at the hotel.

- Arrival at Chittorgarh : 4.30 pm and Departure : 11 pm
Day 4: Wednesday -Swai Madhopur-Jaipur
Around 5.30 am the Royal Rajasthan on Wheels will arrive in Sawai Madhopur.
Get ready for an early morning jungle safari at Ranthambore National Park. Breakfast will be served at a jungle hotel.
After Jungle safari board the train and it leaves for Jaipur around 10 am.
Arrival at Jaipur & Jaipur Sightseeing
On arrival at Jaipur station, get off. The pink city Jaipur is the first planned city of India once served as the main capital of the Jaipur princely state. The royal palaces and monuments echo the glorious rule of the Kachawas Rajputs. There are lots to see in Jaipur, Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall, City palace. The Hawa Mahal is a five-storey building made of red sandstone. The semi-octagonal windows also known as "jharokha" is the main ornament of this royal building. You would explore all the major attractions, Amber Fort and the royal palaces. Explore the colorful bazaars and pick up souvenirs. Dinner will be served at a five star hotel. Take a car ride to have a night view of the pink city. Board the train and it leaves for Khajuraho located in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.

- Arrival at Sawai Madhopur : 5 am, Departure : 10 am
- Arrival at Jaipur : 12 noon, Departure : 11.30 pm
Day 5:Thursday-Khajuraho
Reach Khajuraho in the early morning. Khajuraho houses a group of temples known for its erotic sculptures. The temples were built in between 950 AD to 1050 AD. The Eastern groups have the Jain temples which are known for superb sculpture and carvings. The western groups of temples are fine specimen of Chandela art. The must see temples are Kandariya Mahadev Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva as also the Chaunsath Yogini Temple which is dedicated to the 64 Yoginis.
After Khajuraho temple visit, Royal Rajasthan would leave for Varanasi, the Hindu holy city.
Arrival: 06.00 AM, Departure: 05.00 PM
Day 6: Friday-Varanasi
The Train arrives at Varanasi station in the early morning. Varanasi is the classic city of India representing the culture and tradition of India with river Ghats, temples, curio shops, and many more. Having a charm of holy city this city has also a cosmopolitan beauty. The most thrilling experience would be your boat ride on the holy river Ganga. Explore all the River Ghats, temples and bazaars. You would be also taken to Sarnath, the Buddhist pilgrimage site located near the city. Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon at Sarnath. It has now Buddhist temples and museums.
Board the train back. Royal Rajasthan would leave for Agra at 6 pm. Dinner on board.
Arrival: 06.00 AM, Departure: 06.00 PM
Day 7: Saturday-Agra
On the 7th day of Royal Rajasthan on Wheels Tour Itinerary, the train reaches Agra in the early morning. Have breakfast on board. Then visit all the attractions of the city, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Akbar Tomb. All are the examples of Mughal architecture. There are also local markets in Agra ideal for souvenir shopping. Lunch and Dinner would be served at luxury hotel. Guests can also enjoy the light and Sound Show programme at Agra Fort. The train leaves for Delhi at 11 pm.
Arrival : 04.00 AM, Departure : 11.00 PM
Day 8: Sunday, Delhi
After exploring all the major attractions of India, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels Tour comes to an end at the Safdarjung Railway Station.

- 50% of the tariff will be charged for the age group between 5 years and 12 years
- 10% Surcharge shall be levied on departure during Christmas/New Year.
- 2.58% Service Tax shall be levied on the tariff of Royal Rajasthan On Wheels.
- US$ 15 per pax per trip shall be charged against the payment of commercial taxes in addition to the tariff
- No charter can be booked during X-Mas & New Year period.
